Cancellation Policy

Services Offered Coaching: Transformative coaching focused on personal growth, including career, life, relationships, emotional support, and goal realization. Offered remotely or in person (Geneva). Reiki: Energy healing offered in-person or remotely, supporting physical, emotional, and energetic balance. 2. Discovery Session Free, 30-minute coaching discovery session to assess fit and expectations. No obligation to continue. 3. Packages Coaching packages: minimum 3 sessions, valid 3 months; 5 sessions valid 5 months. Reiki packages: offered in 3-session, 5-session, or custom bundles. 4. Booking and Payment Book via email, WhatsApp, website, or Calendly. Payment in full required before sessions start. Payment methods: Revolut, bank transfer, Twint, or cash. 5. Session Guidelines Coaching: Sessions conducted remotely or in Geneva. Clients must be punctual and prepared. Reiki: Remote Reiki requires no direct contact during sessions unless requested. Clients must be in a calm, quiet environment free of stress and distractions. Practitioner will notify client before and after sessions. Practitioner may follow up to check client well-being. Practitioners available via WhatsApp/email for questions. 6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Reschedule with 24 hours’ notice at no cost. Late cancellations (<24h) and no-shows are charged full session fee. Practitioner-initiated cancellations will be rescheduled at no cost. 7. Refund and Transfers Payments are non-refundable except in force majeure or extenuating circumstances. Session credits may be transferred or extended at practitioner’s discretion. 8. Confidentiality All client information and sessions are confidential and protected by privacy laws. 9. Disclaimers Coaching and Reiki are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Clients must consult licensed healthcare providers for medical issues. Matrika Studio does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. 10. Client Responsibility Clients commit to honest communication, personal responsibility, and maintaining a conducive environment for sessions. 11. Intellectual Property Session materials are property of Matrika Studio and may not be copied or shared without permission. 12. Limitation of Liability Matrika Studio is not liable for outcomes or consequences of coaching or Reiki
