Welcome to Matrika Studio.

 

By booking or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a professional relationship between you (the “Client”) and Matrika Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Our Services

​

1.1 Coaching Services

 

We offer transformational coaching to individuals seeking clarity, growth, and meaningful life change. Coaching may include support in:

• Life transitions

• Career direction

• Relationships and couples

• Emotional resilience

• Realizing goals and dreams

​

All coaching is conducted one-on-one, and is available in person in Geneva, Switzerland or online via video call.

 

1.2 Reiki Healing

We also provide Reiki energy healing sessions, designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.

 

Sessions are available:

• In person in Geneva, Switzerland

• Remotely (no physical contact required)

 

Reiki does not require the client to be physically present or in communication during the session, but the client should follow the guidelines below (see Section 5.2).

2. Discovery Session

 

A complimentary discovery session is offered to clients. This session:

• Is free of charge

• Lasts approximately 30 - 60 minutes

• Allows you to explore if we are a good match before committing to a coaching package or allows you to ask any questions about Reiki before starting.

 

There is no obligation to continue after the discovery session.

 

3. Session Packages

​

3.1 Coaching Packages

• Coaching is only offered in packages:

• Minimum commitment: 3 sessions.

• Available packages:

  • 3-session package: valid for 3 monthso

  • 5-session package: valid for 5 months

 

3.2 Reiki Packages

Reiki is also offered in packages:

• 3-session, 5-session, or custom bundles

• Session frequency and duration are tailored to individual needs

 

4. Booking & Payments

​

Sessions can be booked via:

• Email

• WhatsApp

• Website

• Calendly

Full payment is required in advance to confirm any package or session.

Accepted payment methods: Revolut, bank transfer, Twint, or cash

 

5. Session Logistics

​

5.1 Coaching Sessions

Sessions take place online (via Zoom or similar) or in person

Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared

Missed or late sessions are subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 6)

 

5.2 Reiki Sessions

Remote Reiki does not require video or phone contact during the session

The practitioner will notify the client before and after the session via WhatsApp or email

The client is responsible for being:

• In a calm, quiet, and undisturbed space

• Free from stressors or distractions

• Receptive and present in a state of rest

 

5.3 Aftercare

Following Reiki, the practitioner may contact the client to check on their well-being

Clients are welcome to ask questions or share their experience via email or WhatsApp

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

• You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are fully charged.

• If we cancel for any reason, your session will be rescheduled without cost.

7. Refunds & Transfers

​

Payments are non-refundable, except in special circumstances (e.g. force majeure, severe illness)

At our discretion, unused sessions may be:

• Transferred to another person

• Extended beyond the standard package duration

8. Confidentiality

 

• All client information and sessions are strictly confidential.

• We will not share or disclose any personal details without your written consent, unless required by law.

 

9. Scope of Practice & Disclaimers

 

9.1 Coaching

• Coaching is a collaborative process, not a form of therapy, counseling, or clinical intervention.

• We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

• Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes; your results depend on your engagement, commitment, and context.

 

9.2 Reiki

• Reiki is a complementary healing modality and is not a substitute for medical treatment.

• Reiki does not diagnose, treat, or cure illnesses or psychological conditions

• You should continue to consult licensed healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

• By booking a Reiki session, you acknowledge your responsibility for your own health and well-being.

10. Client Commitment

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Take responsibility for your growth and well-being

• Communicate honestly and openly

• Be respectful of time and energy, both yours and the practitioner’s

• Create an optimal space for healing or reflection, particularly for remote sessions

 

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions (e.g., exercises, meditations, worksheets) are the intellectual property of Matrika Studio.

You may not reproduce, share, or use them commercially without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Matrika Studio and its practitioners are not liable for any outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services. You understand that coaching and Reiki are personal, experiential processes, and that results vary by individual.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
